Your choice of chicken, beef or pork sauteed with fresh ginger, onions, jelly mushrooms, carrots, and scallions in a tasty bean sauce.

CRISPY DUCK IN GINGER SAUCE
This duck is moist on the inside, crispy on the outside, served on a sizzling hot plate, garnished with vegetables.

THAI DUCK
An exotic tasting duck sauteed with eggplant, green beans, red bell peppers, strips of Karchai root, and crisp basil, served in a spicy curry paste.

SALMON & SCALLOPS WITH THAI BERGAMOT
Grilled wild salmon and golden plump sea scallops in a flavorful panang curry sauce with bergamot(lime) leaves. Served on a bed of freshly steamed mixed vegetables.

PO-TUEN
A combination of prawns, scqallops, squid, and mussels, sauteed in Thai chili paste with bell peppers, baby corn, carrots, onions, mushrooms, ginger, and basil leaves.


GARLIC PRAWNS
Prawns sauteed with fresh garlic, whit pepper, and wine. Served with steamed vegetables.

BUSARA SEAFOOD
A combination of fresh seafood with julienned ginger, celery, carrots, cellophane noodles, cabbage, and snow peas, served on a hot plate.

PAD SCALLOP
Fresh sea scallops sauteed with snow peas and shitake mushrooms in a light garlic sauce.

DOUBLE DELIGHT
Prawns and chicken stir-fried with string beans, celery, onions, bell peppers, and scallions in the chef's special sauce.

ORANGE BEEF (OR CHCIKEN)
Marinated beef or chicken coated with sesame seeds and sauteed with broccoli, carrots, onions, and peeled orange slice in a tasty orange-caramel sauce.


CHICKEN GARLIC
Sauteed chicken with fresh crushed garlic and black pepper on a bed of lettuce.

GAI BUSARA
Marinated chicken sauteed in the chef's special thick garlic sauce. Served with steamed vegetables.

SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN
Tender slices of chicken sauteed with cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, onions, pineapple, and bell peppers in a light sweet and sour sauce.

SWIMMING RAMA
Tender slices of chicken sauteed in our traditional curried peanut sauce served on a bed of spinach.
