Grits and Shrimp
Succulent shrimp, sauteed in butter, herbs-n-spices, fresh garlic and real bacon bits placed over organic, gluten-free, buttery and creamy grits; topped with cheddar cheese, a lil' mo' crumbled bacon, and scallions. Add Chef T's special Cajun Sauce to take it to another level.

Soul Curry Chicken
One of Chef T's signature dish! Organic chicken that has been marinated in a special blend of herbs and spices then sauteed in a cast-iron skillet with another array of herbs and spices, fresh garlic and other goodness, paired with a sweet-potato mash and sauteed collard greens. OH MY!

Yes! This N'awlins classic of blend sausage (Louisiana Hot Link, Andouille and smoked), chicken, okra and all the other good stuff that makes Gumbo, well.... GUMBO! Oh! Did we mention it is GLUTEN-FREE? (served with or w/o Shrimp)​

Jade's Jammin Jambalaya
A generous portion of rice, seasoned to perfection with Cajun seasonings to add just the right amount of kick, a sausage blend, fresh tomatoes, sweet peppers, onions and all the secret stuff that makes it Jade's Jammin' Jambalaya!

Savory Red-beans-Rice, My Momma's Yams, Collard Greens, 8 Cheese Mac-n-Cheese and Cornbread.

The Cherch Chicken Dinner
Savory Non-GMO Chicken, grilled or fried and highly flavored, served with your choice of (2) side items.

N'awlins Original Po'Boy
Shrimp seasoned and fried 'til a light golden brown with just the right amount of crisp served on french bread with lettuce and topped with Chef's Cajun Sauce.

Sauteed Shrimp Po'Boy
Plump shrimp sauteed in butter, fresh garlic, sweet peppers and Chef's Goodness topped with a four cheese blend, fresh dill and Chef's Cajun Sauce; served open-faced on a sweet wheat-molasses bun.

Hotlink Po'Boy
OOOOWEEE dogee this Spicy Louisiana hot link mixed w/Louisiana Andouille sausage, seasoned with Chef's Goodness of herbs and spices, fresh garlic & sweet peppers all sauteed together and placed on toasted french bread then topped with fresh scallions will have you wanting some good ole sweet tea to wash it down!

Grilled /Fried Chicken Sandwich
Highly flavored 100% natural chicken, prepared grilled or fried. served on a Brioche bun with crisp lettuce and topped with our homemade barbecue or hot sauce.

We decided to make Friday's the day we offer our featured dishes.

Oxtails and Grits
Oxtails cooked for 10-12 hours in Chef T's original bourbon, brown sugar, fresh garlic and ginger concoction, with a slight hint of cayenne. Meat so tender, you don't even need a fork, eat 'em like you eatin' crawfish; served atop grits and topped wit fresh scallions.

Surfin' Saturday's
ish of the day fried to perfection and paired with Chef T's special Sauce!

Soulful Sunday's
Slow Cooked and seasoned with herbs and spices, so tender the meat falls right off the bone, so get rid of your fork, if you ain't suckin' 'em you ain't eatin' 'em right!​
